DELETE /api/boards/items/{BoardItemID}/artifacts/{FileName}
Deletes the specified artifact for the specified BoardItemID.
Authorization Roles/Permissions: Must be logged in. Must be an authorized user for the specific Board item artifact. For more information about how authorization and visibility work for Board operations, see Boards in the Community Manager developer portal.
