POST /api/tickets/{TicketID}/comments
Adds a comment to the specified ticket.
Note: If you are using markdown, and will be incorporating one or more artifacts in your comment, you must upload the artifacts first. Run the POST /api/boards/items/comments/artifacts operation to upload the first artifact and the POST /api/boards/items/comments/{CommentID}/artifacts operation to upload any subsequent artifacts. Use the values from the responses, such as the BoardItemID and the image paths, to construct the payload for adding the comment.
Authorization Roles/Permissions: Must be logged in. Must be an authorized user for the resource the ticket relates to.

Error Codes/Messages
If the call is unsuccessful an error code/message is returned. One or more examples of possible errors for this operation are shown below.

401 | Unauthorized. For example, you would get this response if you didn't include the custom X-Csrf-Token_{fedmemberID} header in the request, when it was required by the platform settings; or if you included an invalid or expired value for this header. You would also get this response for any operation that requires login (almost all) if the login cookie was missing. |
500 | An error occurred processing the call. |
