public class FaultRemoteException
extends java.rmi.RemoteException

RemoteException extension that holds a fault message. When an application fault is returned to a Web Service Framework PortType proxy the fault is recorded in this RemoteException subclass. A client of the proxy can downcast the returned RemoteException to obtain the application fault content. If the RemoteException was thrown due to something other than an application fault, this subclass would not be thrown so the caller must check before downcasting.
